We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney with 4–6 years of litigation experience to join a dynamic legal team. The role involves handling a diverse caseload, including commercial litigation and trusts & estates matters, from initial filing through resolution.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, research, and advocacy skills, along with the ability to manage multiple cases and work collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment.

Key Responsibilities
Litigation Management
Handle litigation matters from inception through trial or resolution
Develop case strategies and manage case progression
Legal Drafting & Research
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery documents, and legal correspondence
Conduct legal research and prepare case analyses
Court Representation
Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and oral arguments
Represent clients in various legal proceedings
Depositions & Discovery
Conduct and defend depositions
Prepare clients and witnesses for depositions
Manage discovery processes and documentation
Client & Stakeholder Communication
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
Provide updates and legal guidance to clients
Settlement & Negotiation
Participate in mediations and settlement negotiations
Work toward efficient and favorable case resolutions
Required Qualifications
Education
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Licensure
Active license to practice law
Admission to the relevant state bar
Experience
4+ years of litigation experience
Experience in commercial litigation and/or trusts & estates litigation (preferred)
