Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Associate Attorney with 5–10 years of litigation experience to handle a variety of civil and business-related legal matters. The role involves managing cases, conducting legal research, drafting documents, and representing clients in litigation proceedings.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, research, and writing skills, along with experience in multiple areas of civil litigation.

Key Responsibilities

Case Management

Manage civil litigation cases from inception through resolution

Develop legal strategies and ensure timely case progression

Legal Research & Documentation

Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis

Draft pleadings, motions, contracts, and other legal documents

Prepare written reports and case summaries

Litigation & Representation

Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and court proceedings

Participate in settlement negotiations and dispute resolution

Specialized Practice Areas

Handle matters related to:

Civil litigation

Construction defect cases

Real estate disputes

Business litigation

Client Communication

Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and stakeholders

Provide legal advice and updates throughout the case lifecycle

Required Qualifications

Education

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Licensure

Active license to practice law

Experience

5–10 years of experience in civil litigation

Experience in construction, real estate, or business litigation (preferred)
