Job Title:  Business Litigation Associate Attorney – Intellectual Property & Commercial Disputes

Job Type:  Full-Time | Hybrid

Position Overview

We are seeking a Business Litigation Associate Attorney with 2–4 years of litigation experience to join a growing litigation practice.

The ideal candidate will have experience handling complex business disputes, intellectual property matters, and regulatory litigation.

This position offers the opportunity to manage cases through all phases of litigation while working closely with clients, senior attorneys, and legal professionals.

Candidates with experience in the technology sector and intellectual property litigation are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Litigation Management

  • Handle litigation matters from inception through trial and resolution

  • Draft pleadingsmotionsbriefs, and other legal documents

  • Conduct legal research, analysis, and case strategy development

  • Manage discovery processes, including document review, interrogatories, and requests for production

  • Prepare for and participate in depositionshearingsmediations, and

trials

Intellectual Property & Business Litigation

  • Represent clients in disputes involving:

    • Trademarks
    • Trade Dress
    • Copyrights
    • Patents
    • Product Liability
    • Business and Commercial Litigation
  • Assist clients with regulatory compliance and dispute resolution matters

Court & Appellate Practice

  • Handle matters in both state and

federal courts

  • Support appellate litigation and prepare appellate briefs and filings

Client & Practice Development

  • Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and legal counsel

  • Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to deliver high-quality legal services

  • Participate in professional development, networking, and business development initiatives

Experience:

  • 2–4 years of litigation experience (required)

  • Experience handling business litigation and intellectual property-related matters (required)
