Position Overview
We are seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney with 3–6 years of litigation experience to join a dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing commercial litigation matters, representing clients throughout all phases of litigation, and collaborating with senior attorneys to develop effective legal strategies.
This role offers the opportunity to work on complex business disputes, provide strategic legal counsel, and advocate for clients in state and federal courts.
Key Responsibilities
Litigation Management

Manage commercial litigation matters from case inception through resolution

Handle all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and
appeals

Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation strategies

Draft and review legal documents, motions, briefs, pleadings, and settlement agreements
Client Representation
- Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and
trials

Provide legal advice and strategic guidance to business clients

Develop case strategies in collaboration with senior attorneys and litigation teams
Contract & Business Disputes
- Draft, review, and negotiate
commercial agreements
- Analyze contractual disputes and business-related legal issues
Collaboration & Professional Development

Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and legal support staff

Participate in business development and client relationship initiatives

Stay current on legal developments, regulations, and litigation trends

Licensure:
Experience:
- 3–6 years of general or commercial litigation experience (required)
Skills:
- Strong legal research, writing, and
analytical skills
- Excellent oral advocacy and
negotiation abilities
