We are seeking a Litigation Attorney with 3–5 years of experience to handle complex legal matters, including toxic tort, product liability, and warranty-related cases. The role involves managing cases from inception through resolution, representing clients in court, and contributing to litigation strategy.

The ideal candidate will have strong legal research and advocacy skills, experience in case management, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative legal environment.

Key Responsibilities

Case Management

Manage litigation cases from initial filing through trial or resolution

Develop case strategies and ensure timely progress

Legal Drafting & Research

Draft motions, pleadings, and legal documents

Conduct legal research and prepare case analyses

Manage written discovery processes

Court Representation

Represent clients in hearings, motions, and court proceedings

Participate in trials and, if applicable, appellate matters

Depositions & Discovery

Take and defend depositions

Prepare clients and witnesses for legal proceedings

Client Relationship Management

Maintain strong relationships with clients

Provide updates and legal guidance throughout the case lifecycle

Business Development

Support growth of practice areas through client engagement and networking

Identify opportunities to expand legal services

Required Qualifications

Education

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Licensure

Active license to practice law

Experience

3–5 years of litigation experience

Experience in areas such as product liability, toxic tort, or related litigation (preferred)
