Job Summary
The Litigation Paralegal supports attorneys in managing litigation cases by handling legal documentation, coordinating discovery, conducting research, and ensuring compliance with court procedures. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience in legal document preparation, discovery processes, and case management, along with proficiency in legal case management software.

Key Responsibilities
Legal Documentation
Prepare, review, and manage legal documents related to litigation
Assist in drafting pleadings, motions, and other court filings
Case & Document Management
Handle document management and maintain organized case files
Track case status and maintain accurate records
Discovery Coordination
Coordinate and manage discovery processes
Assist with document production, subpoenas, and discovery requests
Legal Research
Conduct legal research to support case preparation
Compliance & Deadlines
Ensure timely filing of legal documents and compliance with court deadlines
Collaboration
Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff to support case progression
Assist with billing documentation (if applicable)
Required Qualifications
Experience
Experience as a paralegal or in a similar legal support role
Key Skills & Competencies
Proficiency in legal document preparation and document review
Experience with discovery processes and case management
Familiarity with legal case management software
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience drafting pleadings and motions
Prior experience in a law firm or legal department
Familiarity with billing processes (e.g., hourly billing)
Paralegal certification or relevant legal education (e.g., Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies)
