Key Responsibilities
Case Management
Manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution
Maintain and update case files in the case management system
Client Consultation & Evaluation
Assess potential claims and provide legal advice to clients
Conduct client intake and gather relevant case information
Legal Research & Documentation
Perform legal research on case law and liability issues
Collect and analyze evidence such as medical records, insurance policies, and expenses
Prepare demand packages for insurance carriers
Negotiation & Settlement
Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing parties
Advocate for fair compensation on behalf of clients
Court Representation
Represent clients in hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials
Prepare legal arguments and supporting documentation
Team Supervision
Supervise and guide support staff involved in case handling
Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Licensure
Active license to practice law
Membership in the relevant State Bar
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in personal injury litigation or trial work
Experience in areas such as wrongful death, medical malpractice, or civil litigation (preferred)
