JOB OVERVIEW :
We are seeking a qualified Primary Care Physician (M.D. or D.O.) to provide comprehensive outpatient medical care to adult and geriatric patients.
This role involves diagnosing and treating a wide range of conditions, managing chronic diseases, and promoting preventive healthcare in a patient-centered environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Clinical Care
Provide comprehensive primary care services, including diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care
Manage acute and chronic medical conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, heart disease, and respiratory disorders
Deliver long-term, continuous care to adult and elderly patients
Prescribe medications, treatments, and therapies as appropriate
Perform routine and non-invasive medical procedures
Patient Management
Evaluate patient history, symptoms, and diagnostic test results
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Educate patients and families on medical conditions, treatments, and preventive care
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Care Coordination
Coordinate with other healthcare professionals and specialists
Manage care for high-risk and complex patient populations
Support preventive care initiatives and wellness programs
Supervision & Leadership
Supervise and provide guidance to advanced practice clinicians (e.g., physician assistants and nurse practitioners)
Operational Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and healthcare regulations
Participate in on-call schedules and occasional weekend coverage
Utilize virtual/telemedicine tools as needed
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education
Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.)
Specialization in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics (preferred)
Licensure & Certification
Valid medical license (state-specific)
DEA certification
Current CPR certification
Experience
Experience in primary care or outpatient clinical settings
Experience managing patients with multiple chronic conditions (preferred)
Familiarity with managed care environments (advantage)
