We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee manufacturing operations and lead production employees during assigned shifts.

This role is responsible for ensuring production goals are achieved while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency standards.

Key Responsibilities

Production Operations Management

• Supervise daily manufacturing operations on assigned shift

• Ensure production targets, quality standards, and customer requirements are met

• Monitor workflow, staffing, and operational efficiency

• Maintain knowledge of production equipment, tools, and manufacturing processes

• Troubleshoot operational and production issues as they arise

Team Leadership & Employee Management

• Train, supervise, and support production employees

• Assign and delegate work responsibilities effectively

• Conduct performance evaluations and provide employee feedback

• Ensure employee attendance and timekeeping records are accurate

• Support onboarding and training for new employees and processes

Quality, Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety policies and procedures

• Monitor production activities to ensure adherence to specifications and quality standards

• Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation

• Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work within a production/manufacturing facility

• Ability to lift up to

25 pounds
