Job Title: Reproductive Endocrinologist (REI) – Fertility & Reproductive Medicine

Job Summary
We are seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Reproductive Endocrinologist (REI) to join a growing fertility and reproductive medicine practice.
The physician will provide comprehensive reproductive healthcare services, including infertility evaluation, advanced reproductive treatments, fertility preservation, and patient-centered counseling.
This role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative multidisciplinary environment focused on delivering exceptional patient outcomes through evidence-based reproductive medicine.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Responsibilities
Evaluate, diagnose, and manage infertility and reproductive endocrine disorders

Develop individualized fertility treatment plans for individuals and couples

Perform assisted reproductive technology (ART) procedures, including:
- Ovulation Induction
- Intrauterine Insemination (IUI)
- In Vitro Fertilization (IVF)
- Embryo Transfer Procedures

Perform oocyte retrievals and
embryo transfers
-
Interpret and analyze diagnostic testing, including:
- Pelvic Ultrasounds
- Laboratory Results
- Semen Analysis
- Genetic Testing

Manage early pregnancy care following fertility treatment

Conduct minimally invasive gynecologic procedures, including hysteroscopy and laparoscopy

Provide fertility counseling and education regarding treatment options, medications, procedures, and expected outcomes

Guide patients through complex reproductive decisions, including third-party reproduction, donor programs, gestational carriers, and
fertility preservation
Collaboration & Program Development

Collaborate closely with embryologists, nurses, laboratory teams, and administrative staff to coordinate patient care

Participate in IVF cycle planning and laboratory coordination

Contribute to clinical protocol development and implementation of best practices

Support quality improvement initiatives and patient outcome monitoring
Documentation & Compliance

Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system

Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and professional regulatory standards
