We are seeking a talented Structural Engineer at the Mid-Level or Senior Level to perform analysis, design, and development of structural systems for building projects. This role involves working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, efficient, and code-compliant structural solutions. The position requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in industry-standard design software.
The ideal candidate will have experience with residential, commercial, and institutional buildings, along with a deep understanding of building codes, materials, and construction documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Structural Design & Analysis
Design and analyze structural systems for residential, commercial, and institutional buildings
Prepare structural calculations, drawings, and specifications
Review and interpret architectural and engineering plans
Code Compliance & Standards
Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., IBC, ASCE, ACI, AISC)
Software & Modeling
Utilize structural analysis software (e.g., STAAD, RAM, ETABS, SAP2000) to perform modeling and simulations
Collaboration & Coordination
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams
Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination
Construction Support
Conduct site visits and provide construction support as needed
Review shop drawings and respond to RFIs (Requests for Information)
Mentorship (Senior Level)
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance
Required Qualifications
Senior Structural Engineer
10+ years of experience in structural engineering (buildings)
Professional Engineer (P.E.) license preferred
Mid-Level Structural Engineer
5+ years of experience in structural engineering
Engineer-in-Training (E.I.T.) or P.E. preferred
