Key Responsibilities

Litigation Management

Manage multiple litigation matters efficiently

Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents

Conduct legal research and develop case strategies

Participate in mediations, hearings, and depositions

Case Analysis & Preparation

Analyze case findings and prepare arguments for case presentation

Ensure timely completion of assignments in line with client and firm requirements

Maintain accurate and timely records of billable hours

Collaboration

Collaborate with team members and contribute to case development

Directors & Officers (D&O) Litigation

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

1–5 years of civil litigation experience

Active license to practice law in California (in good standing)

Strong legal research and writing skills

Ability to analyze complex legal issues and develop effective strategies

Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
