Job Summary

We are seeking a Board Eligible or Board-Certified Otolaryngologist (ENT) to join a well-established and growing healthcare organization.

This position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive General ENT services within a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong clinical and surgical skills, a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care, and an interest in working within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a broad range of

ear, nose, throat, head, and neck disorders

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical examinations and diagnostic evaluations

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs

  • Perform ENT surgical procedures while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and clinical excellence

  • Provide post-operative and follow-up care, monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary

  • Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, audiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical best practices

  • Mentor and support medical students, residents, or other healthcare trainees when applicable

Qualifications

Required

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree (required)

  • Board Eligible or Board Certified in Otolaryngology (required)

  • Eligibility for state medical licensure and hospital privileges (required)

  • Strong clinical, surgical, and interpersonal skills

  • Commitment to patient-centered care and

evidence-based medicine

Preferred

  • Experience in General ENT practice

  • Interest in teaching, research, or leadership development

  • Ability to work effectively within a

multidisciplinary healthcare environment
