A healthcare organization is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to administer anesthesia and provide perioperative care to patients. This role involves independent clinical practice, patient assessment, anesthesia management, and post-procedure care in a clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities
Anesthesia Administration
Administer anesthesia in accordance with established protocols and safety standards
Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and evaluations
Develop and implement anesthesia care plans
Monitor patients during procedures and adjust anesthesia as needed
Conduct post-anesthesia evaluations and ensure safe recovery
Documentation & Compliance
Document anesthesia care and patient progress in medical records
Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
Collaboration & Emergency Response
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams regarding patient care
Participate in emergency response and patient resuscitation when required
Clinical Responsibilities
Pre-anesthesia evaluation and preparation
Administration of general anesthesia and sedation techniques
Airway management and ventilatory support
Monitoring (invasive and non-invasive)
Fluid, electrolyte, and acid-base management
ECG interpretation
Post-anesthesia care and discharge readiness assessment
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Nursing or related field
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications
Strong clinical knowledge aligned with nursing and anesthesia standards
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in ambulatory surgery centers (ASC)
Experience in pain management anesthesia
Multilingual communication skills
