Circulator Registered Nurse (RN) – Ambulatory Surgery Center

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) – Circulator to join a patient-centered Ambulatory Surgery Center in Marietta, Georgia. This is an excellent opportunity for an RN who enjoys the operating room environment and wants to work in a collaborative setting focused on patient safety, clinical excellence, and high-quality surgical care. As an OR circulator, you will work closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and the surgical team to coordinate and provide patient care throughout the perioperative experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide nursing care throughout the patient's surgical experience.

• Prepare patients, equipment, and the operating room for scheduled procedures.

• Perform preoperative assessments and ensure patients are appropriately prepared for surgery.

• Monitor patient status and respond appropriately to changes during procedures.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

• Maintain sterile technique and follow infection-control standards.

• Anticipate the needs of surgeons, anesthesia providers, and other surgical team members.

• Promote patient safety, comfort, dignity, and privacy throughout the surgical process.

• Communicate effectively with physicians, anesthesia providers, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

• Support a collaborative, professional, and patient-centered surgical environment.

Required Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Georgia Registered Nurse (RN) license.

• Active BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.

• Strong understanding of perioperative nursing and patient safety principles.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous Operating Room / OR Circulator experience.

• Acute care or perioperative nursing experience.
