Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated professional to join our team as
A Commercial Construction Estimator / Project Manager.
This role is ideal for individuals with a solid understanding of commercial construction who are interested in
handling both estimating and project management responsibilities.
The position requires the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Review and interpret construction documents including plans, specifications, and addenda

Assist in preparing quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and project budgets

Support project management activities from project award through completion

Coordinate scheduling, documentation, and project communication

Manage RFIs, submittals, and interactions with stakeholders such as clients, architects, and subcontractors

Track project costs, change orders, and overall progress

Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications

Prior experience in estimating or project management is preferred but not required

Strong understanding of commercial construction processes

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
