Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated professional to join our team as

A Commercial Construction Estimator / Project Manager.

This role is ideal for individuals with a solid understanding of commercial construction who are interested in

handling both estimating and project management responsibilities.

The position requires the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and interpret construction documents including plans, specifications, and addenda

• Assist in preparing quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and project budgets

• Support project management activities from project award through completion

• Coordinate scheduling, documentation, and project communication

• Manage RFIs, submittals, and interactions with stakeholders such as clients, architects, and subcontractors

• Track project costs, change orders, and overall progress

• Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

• Prior experience in estimating or project management is preferred but not required

• Strong understanding of commercial construction processes

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
