KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Clinical Care
Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions
Provide comprehensive primary care, including preventive services and routine health assessments
Support patient scheduling, follow-ups, and overall care coordination
Leadership & Operations
Oversee daily clinical operations and ensure delivery of high-quality patient care
Monitor and improve clinical outcomes through chart reviews and performance evaluations
Ensure compliance with healthcare standards, regulations, and clinical guidelines
Lead, mentor, and support clinical staff to maintain high performance and engagement
Monitor clinic performance metrics and contribute to operational improvements
Address patient and staff concerns in a timely and professional manner
Support recruitment, training, and retention of clinical staff
Collaboration & Outreach
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
Participate in community outreach and patient engagement initiatives
QUALIFICATION REQUIRED:
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Valid and unrestricted medical license (state-specific)
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Valid DEA registration
Minimum 3–5 years of clinical practice experience (leadership experience preferred)
Strong understanding of primary care and chronic disease management
Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Preferred
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
Previous experience as a Medical Director or clinical lead
