We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join a well-established, multi-specialty practice. This role focuses on providing comprehensive, patient-centered primary care to adult patients in a collaborative and supportive clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities
Primary Care Services
Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients
Manage and maintain an assigned patient panel for longitudinal care
Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic conditions
Develop and implement patient care plans
Collaboration & Documentation
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
Maintain accurate and timely medical records using an EMR system
Participate in shared on-call responsibilities
Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
Required Qualifications
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Active and unrestricted medical license (or eligible for licensure)
Strong clinical, diagnostic, and patient management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in primary care or outpatient settings
Commitment to long-term patient relationships and community care
