We are seeking a skilled Geotechnical Engineer with 3–8 years of experience to join our team and support the design and execution of infrastructure and land development projects. In this role, you will be involved in field investigations, technical analysis, and construction support – all within a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Assist in proposal development and project planning
Coordinate and oversee geotechnical field investigations (soil borings, test pits, sampling, in-situ testing)
Perform geotechnical analyses and prepare detailed technical reports
Design and analyze retaining walls and foundation systems (shallow, deep, intermediate)
Support construction activities – oversee geotechnical and materials-related aspects
Develop engineering plans and specifications
Conduct assessments related to:
Excavations and shoring design
Groundwater and aquifer systems
Pavement design (flexible and rigid)
Slope stability (static and seismic)
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED :
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Geotechnical Engineering
3–8 years of relevant geotechnical engineering experience
Strong knowledge of:
Foundation design (deep, shallow, and intermediate)
Retaining wall design and analysis
Slope stability analysis (e.g., Slope/W or similar)
Pavement design
Groundwater analysis and well design
Strong report writing and technical documentation skills
PREFERRED :
Master’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering
Professional Engineer (PE) license – required for candidates with more experience
Experience with geotechnical software for piles, micropiles, and footings
