Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Legal Support
- Provide administrative and legal support to attorneys in
land use and zoning matters
- Manage client payments, incoming mail, and maintain accurate records
Case & Document Management
- Organize, maintain, and update
case files and documentation
Client & Municipal Coordination

Coordinate with clients, consultants, and municipal representatives

Prepare and send correspondence, including
certified mail
Communication & Confidentiality
- Handle phone calls and communicate professionally with clients and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience as a
Legal Assistant
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of
legal terminology, procedures, and documentation

Familiarity with land use and zoning laws and regulations

Strong
organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent
written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Ability to work independently and
collaboratively
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's degree or
certification in Paralegal Studies
- Experience with document management systems (e.g., iManage or similar)
