Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to support daily office operations and assist attorneys with administrative and legal tasks. This role includes front desk management, document preparation, and coordination of real estate closing processes.
The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced legal environment.

Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Office Management
Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and directing them appropriately
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars
Maintain office inventory and supplies
Ensure adherence to office security procedures at the reception desk
Legal Document & Closing Support
Assist with legal document preparation and review related to real estate transactions
Request and organize documents required for closing processes
Verify accuracy of legal documents and obtain necessary approvals
Support closing activities, including document handling, scanning, and file management
General Administrative Duties
Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, faxing, and data entry
Required Qualifications
Previous experience in an administrative or legal assistant role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
Professional attitude and strong customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard office equipment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in real estate transactions or legal support
Familiarity with legal document preparation and review
Experience with legal or closing software (e.g., SoftPro or similar systems)
