Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide preventive healthcare, chronic disease management, employee wellness support, and clinical services in an onsite healthcare setting.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in promoting employee health, safety, and wellbeing through clinical care, health education, and wellness initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Care & Medical Support

• Provide primary and preventive healthcare services to employees

• Conduct health assessments and evaluate medical conditions

• Support chronic disease management and preventive care initiatives

• Administer immunizations, vaccinations, and other prescribed injections

• Provide medication education and health counseling to patients

Wellness & Health Promotion

• Lead and support workplace wellness programs and health promotion initiatives

• Educate individuals on healthy lifestyle practices, disease prevention, and overall wellbeing

• Participate in health screenings, biometric assessments, and wellness campaigns

Safety & Care Coordination

• Collaborate with healthcare providers, emergency response teams, and interdisciplinary professionals to coordinate care

• Support

workplace health and safety programs

• Participate in safety meetings and health-related initiatives

• Assist in emergency preparedness and response planning

Administrative Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and organizational healthcare policies

• Utilize Electronic Medical Record (EMR/EHR) systems effectively

• Participate in team meetings and quality improvement activities

Required Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the applicable state (required)

• Current National Nurse Practitioner Certification (required)

• Current CPR/BLS Certification (required)

• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in occupational health, employee health, wellness programs, or

chronic disease management

• Knowledge of biometric screenings and preventive healthcare initiatives

• Experience providing lifestyle coaching and

patient education

• Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems
