You will deliver high-quality, compassionate dental care to children in a safe and welcoming environment. As a clinical leader, you will provide comprehensive oral health evaluations, diagnoses, and treatments while fostering a collaborative culture centered around patient care, safety, and exceptional family experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive oral health evaluations, diagnoses, and treatments for pediatric patients.

• Foster a positive, collaborative, and safe clinical environment.

• Provide leadership through mentorship, clinical excellence, and professionalism.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS), Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD), or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree.

• Current, unrestricted license to practice dentistry in good standing with all applicable federal, state, and local licensing authorities.

Technical & Soft Skills:

• Technical:  Pediatric dental diagnostics, treatment planning, dental practice management software.

• Soft:  Compassionate care, teamwork, leadership, mentorship, and strong communication.
