Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join a growing legal team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience handling personal injury cases, strong litigation and negotiation skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.

This role involves managing cases from intake through resolution, including settlement negotiations and courtroom representation.

Key Responsibilities

Case Management

• Manage personal injury cases from initial consultation through settlement or trial

• Develop case strategies based on legal research, evidence, and client objectives

Investigation & Legal Analysis

• Conduct legal research and investigate claims

• Gather, review, and analyze evidence, medical records, and documentation

Negotiation & Litigation

• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and legal correspondence

• Represent clients in mediations, depositions, hearings, and

trials

Client Relations

• Provide legal guidance and support throughout the litigation process

• Ensure clients receive timely updates and outstanding customer service

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with paralegals, legal assistants, and support staff to ensure efficient case management

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience handling personal injury cases (required)

Knowledge:

Skills:

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

• Ability to

independently manage a substantial caseload

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Trial experience in personal injury litigation

• Experience handling motor vehicle accident and

premises liability claims

• Strong mediation and

settlement negotiation skills

• Experience working with medical experts and

accident reconstruction professionals
