This full-time role focuses on delivering high-quality, evidence-based rehabilitation services to patients with orthopedic, sports-related, pediatric, and neurological conditions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Patient Evaluation & Treatment
Evaluate patients to determine physical limitations, goals, and treatment needs
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and therapy timelines
Deliver therapeutic interventions using evidence-based techniques
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
Documentation & compliance:
Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including:
Initial evaluations
Daily treatment notes
Progress reports
Discharge summaries
Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards
Communication & education:
Communicate effectively with physicians, healthcare providers, and team members
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on home exercise programs
Professional Development & Community
Participate in continuing education and professional development activities
Support community health initiatives and wellness programs when required
QUALIFICATION REQUIRED:
Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Valid Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain)
CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
Strong understanding of biomechanics and functional movement
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Preferred
Experience in outpatient orthopedics (not required – new graduates welcome to apply)
