Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Litigation Attorney to join a growing litigation practice.
The ideal candidate will have experience handling real estate disputes and civil litigation matters, including case management, legal research, drafting pleadings, discovery, depositions, and courtroom advocacy.

Key Responsibilities

Manage real estate litigation matters from inception through resolution

Draft pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, and other litigation documents

Conduct legal research and analysis

Handle all phases of discovery, including written discovery and document review

Take and defend
depositions
-
Represent clients in state and federal court proceedings

Prepare case strategies and litigation plans

Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and internal stakeholders

Maintain organized case files and ensure compliance with deadlines

Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of civil litigation experience (required)

- Strong legal writing, drafting, and
research skills

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications

1–4 years of real estate litigation experience

Experience handling matters in both
state and federal courts
