Key Responsibilities

Site Operations

Oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites

Maintain safe, organized, and efficient job site conditions

Ensure construction aligns with plans, specifications, and quality standards

Coordination & Scheduling

Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, materials, and equipment

Monitor project timelines to ensure timely completion

Supervision

Supervise assistant superintendents and labor staff

Inspections & Compliance

Conduct and complete required inspections

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards (including SWPPP)

Communication

Communicate progress, challenges, and updates to project leadership

Build and maintain relationships with local regulatory agencies

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of residential construction experience (Superintendent or Assistant role)

Strong knowledge of homebuilding processes and site work

OSHA training certification

Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

Degree in Construction Management or related field

Experience in site development and infrastructure work

Bilingual (Spanish) skills
