Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Attorney with 10–15 years of litigation experience to join a dynamic legal team.

This role offers the opportunity to handle complex litigation matters while expanding expertise in regulatory and transactional work.

The ideal candidate will possess strong advocacy, research, writing, and client relationship management skills and be committed to delivering exceptional legal services.

Key Responsibilities

Litigation Management

• Handle complex litigation matters from inception through resolution

• Develop case strategies, conduct legal research, and prepare legal analyses

• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and other legal documents

• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and

court proceedings

Client Counseling & Advisory Services

• Provide strategic legal advice to clients regarding litigation risks and business objectives

• Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and responsive service

Cross-Disciplinary Legal Support

• Collaborate with attorneys across practice areas on regulatory, transactional, and business matters

• Support clients with risk management and compliance-related concerns

Business Development & Practice Growth

• Participate in business development initiatives and client relationship-building activities

• Contribute to the growth and expansion of legal practice areas

Mentorship & Collaboration

• Collaborate with attorneys and legal professionals across the organization

• Mentor junior attorneys and support professional development initiatives

Required Qualifications

Education:

Licensure:

Experience:

• 10–15 years of litigation experience (required)

• Experience handling complex commercial, real estate, employment, or business litigation matters (preferred)
