Key Responsibilities
Case Management & Litigation
Manage a workers' compensation defense caseload independently
Handle all phases of litigation, including case preparation and strategy
Conduct depositions, mediations, and trials
Client & Business Development
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Participate in business development and marketing initiatives
Collaboration & Technology
Collaborate with team members in a supportive work environment
Utilize legal technology and systems to manage cases efficiently
Required Qualifications
0–5 years of relevant legal experience
Active license to practice law in Illinois (in good standing)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational and time management skills
