Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting operations and support financial reporting processes.
This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and implementing strong internal controls.
The ideal candidate will have leadership experience and a solid background in accounting within a professional services environment (e.g., law firm, consulting firm, or similar).

Key Responsibilities
Accounting Operations
- Oversee daily accounting functions including accounts payable (AP) , cash receipts, and
payroll

Supervise accounting staff and ensure efficient workflow

Record and review journal entries and support the
monthly close process
Trust Accounting & Compliance

Manage client trust accounts and ensure regulatory compliance

Review account reconciliations and maintain accurate balances

Ensure proper handling of
client-related financial transactions
Financial Reporting

Assist in preparation of monthly financial statements and management reports

Prepare
financial schedules and reconciliations
- Support leadership with financial analysis and reporting
Audit & External Coordination
- Prepare
documentation and schedules for audits

Coordinate with external auditors or accounting firms

Assist in annual financial reporting processes
Budgeting & Financial Planning
- Support preparation of
annual budgets
- Monitor budget performance and assist departments as needed
Systems & Internal Controls

Maintain accounting policies and procedures

Ensure strong internal controls and compliance
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or
Business Administration
Experience
Technical Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting and
financial reporting
- Experience supporting audits and working with
external auditors
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and
accounting software

Preferred Qualifications
