Key Responsibilities
Project Management

Lead and manage traffic engineering projects, including traffic studies and design assignments

Manage
project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies
Technical Analysis & Design

Prepare and oversee traffic impact analyses, operational studies, and technical reports

Develop and review design plans for traffic signals, roadway lighting, signage, pavement markings, and traffic control systems

Perform and oversee traffic analysis using tools such as
CORSIM, HCS, SYNCHRO, and VISSIM
Collaboration & Communication
- Attend project meetings and present findings, including participation in
public hearings

Required Qualifications
Education
Experience
- 6+ years of experience in
traffic or transportation engineering
Licensure & Certification
Technical Skills
- Strong experience in traffic signal design, traffic operations, and
transportation planning
- Proficiency in traffic analysis tools (CORSIM, HCS, SYNCHRO, VISSIM)
Core Competencies
- Experience working with regulatory agencies and
permitting processes
- Strong
leadership, organizational, and project management skills
- Excellent
written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
