Job Title: Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA)

Full-time | On-Site

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide advanced non-surgical cosmetic treatments. This role involves delivering high-quality aesthetic care, developing personalized treatment plans, and building long-term patient relationships.

The ideal candidate will combine clinical expertise with aesthetic judgment to help patients achieve natural, effective results while ensuring a high standard of patient care and safety.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Consultation & Treatment Planning

Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations and patient evaluations

Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and expectations

Educate patients on skincare, treatment options, and preventive care

Aesthetic Procedures

Perform non-surgical cosmetic treatments, including:

Neuromodulators (e.g., Botox, Dysport, Xeomin)

Dermal fillers (e.g., Juvederm, Restylane)

Laser treatments (hair removal, skin resurfacing)

Chemical peels

Other aesthetic procedures as trained

Patient Care & Follow-Up

Monitor patient progress and outcomes through follow-up consultations

Ensure patient satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships

Compliance & Documentation

Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

Follow all clinical safety protocols and regulatory standards

Collaboration & Practice Growth

Work closely with physicians and clinical staff

Contribute to patient retention and practice growth through excellent service

Stay updated with new technologies, products, and best practices in aesthetic medicine

Required Qualifications

Education & Licensure

Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)

Valid state license to practice

Experience

Minimum 1 year of experience in aesthetic medicine

Hands-on experience with neuromodulators and dermal fillers

Experience in hormone replacement therapy (HRT)

Experience in medical weight management programs (preferred)
