We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architectural Designer II to support residential architectural projects from conceptual design through construction.

The ideal candidate will contribute innovative design solutions, collaborate with project teams, and assist in developing high-quality architectural documentation while ensuring project goals, timelines, and design standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Documentation

• Contribute creative design ideas and problem-solving throughout all phases of residential architectural projects

• Support the preparation of design development, construction documents, and construction administration materials

Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project success

Material Selection & Detailing

Project Management

• Manage multiple project tasks and deadlines simultaneously

• Assist in producing detailed architectural drawings and documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture from an accredited program

• 6–8 years of professional architectural design experience

• Strong residential design experience (required)

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop and InDesign

• Strong understanding of

construction documentation and residential detailing

• Excellent

organizational, communication, and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional architectural licensure or active pursuit of licensure preferred

• Working knowledge of Revit preferred

• Hand sketching and drawing skills preferred

• Experience with sustainability practices such as LEED, WELL, or Passive House standards preferred
