We are seeking an Associate Attorney with 1–5 years of civil litigation experience to join a dynamic legal team.

The ideal candidate will handle a variety of complex litigation matters, including professional liability, securities litigation, and directors & officers (D&O) claims.

Key Responsibilities

Litigation & Case Management

• Manage multiple litigation matters efficiently and effectively

• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and legal correspondence

• Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda

• Participate in mediations, hearings, depositions, and court proceedings

• Develop case strategies and evaluate legal findings

• Maintain accurate and timely case documentation and billable hour records

Client & Team Collaboration

• Communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, and legal staff

• Collaborate with team members on litigation strategies and case preparation

• Support partners and senior attorneys with ongoing legal matters

• Experience with arbitration, mediation, and dispute resolution proceedings

• Familiarity with state and federal court procedures
