Job Title:  Associate Attorney – Family Law

Full-time | On-Site (Arizona)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join a dynamic and fast-paced legal team.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about family law, capable of managing a full caseload independently, and able to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

This role requires strong legal expertise, effective communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities while maintaining high-quality work standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload of family law matters from inception to resolution

• Draft legal documents accurately and efficiently

• Conduct legal research on case law and statutes

• Represent clients in court proceedings and argue cases effectively

• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members

• Prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments simultaneously

• Delegate tasks appropriately and collaborate with support staff

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Arizona

• 3–5 years of experience in Family Law

• Strong legal drafting, research, and litigation skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Highly organized, proactive, and self-motivated
