Associate Attorney

Job Title: Associate Attorney (Family Law)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to handle family law cases in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

This role involves managing a full caseload, providing legal counsel, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in court.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality legal services while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload of family law matters from intake to resolution

• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on family law issues

• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and agreements

• Conduct legal research and apply statutory and case law

• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and

negotiations

• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members

• Collaborate with paralegals and delegate tasks as appropriate

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

• Active license to practice law in the relevant state

• 3–5 years of experience in family law

• Strong knowledge of family law procedures and regulations

• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience handling complex family law cases

• Strong courtroom and negotiation experience
