Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join a dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and be capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.

This role involves handling a variety of litigation matters across multiple practice areas and requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage litigation cases across various practice areas

• Handle all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, and case preparation

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents

• Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings

• Maintain and manage case files, ensuring accuracy and timely updates

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Collaborate with internal legal teams to ensure efficient case handling

Qualifications

Education & Licensing

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

• Licensed to practice law in New York

Experience

• Minimum

3–5 years of litigation experience

Skills & Competencies

• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail

• Ability to multitask and work independently
