Job Title:  Associate Attorney – Litigation

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Associate Attorney to join a litigation team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in civil litigation and the ability to manage a diverse caseload efficiently.

This role requires a proactive individual with excellent legal skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality client service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a variety of civil litigation cases from initiation through resolution

• Handle all aspects of litigation, including disclosures, discovery, and motion practice

• Conduct depositions and prepare witnesses

• Appear in court for hearings and proceedings

• Assist in trial preparation and strategy development

• Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs

• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams

Qualifications

Education & Licensing

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Experience

• Minimum

3–5 years of litigation experience

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in all stages of litigation

• Strong legal research and drafting skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
