We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join a dynamic legal team handling personal injury, labor and employment, and related litigation matters.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for legal research, client consultations, case preparation, negotiations, and courtroom representation.
This role requires strong analytical, communication, and advocacy skills, along with a commitment to providing high-quality legal representation and client service. If you are a Texas-licensed attorney with a passion for personal injury and employment law – and you are ready to advocate for clients in and out of the courtroom – we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
Litigation & Legal Support

Conduct legal research and analyze case-related information

Draft legal documents, pleadings, motions, and correspondence

Provide legal advice and guidance to clients

Assist with case strategy development and
trial preparation

Negotiate settlements and support dispute resolution efforts

Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and mediations as required
Client & Team Collaboration

Conduct client consultations and maintain professional client relationships

Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff on ongoing matters

Communicate case updates and legal strategies effectively
