The ideal candidate will be responsible for legal research, client consultations, case preparation, negotiations, and courtroom representation.

This role requires strong analytical, communication, and advocacy skills, along with a commitment to providing high-quality legal representation and client service. If you are a Texas-licensed attorney with a passion for personal injury and employment law – and you are ready to advocate for clients in and out of the courtroom – we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Litigation & Legal Support

• Conduct legal research and analyze case-related information

• Draft legal documents, pleadings, motions, and correspondence

• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients

• Assist with case strategy development and

trial preparation

• Negotiate settlements and support dispute resolution efforts

• Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and mediations as required

Client & Team Collaboration

• Conduct client consultations and maintain professional client relationships

• Collaborate with attorneys and legal staff on ongoing matters

• Communicate case updates and legal strategies effectively
