We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Attorney to join a dynamic civil litigation team specializing in First-Party Property Coverage matters.

The ideal candidate will handle complex property coverage disputes from pre-suit analysis through litigation while working in a collaborative and fast-paced legal environment.

Key Responsibilities

Litigation Management

  • Handle first-party property coverage disputes and related litigation matters

  • Conduct policy analysis and coverage evaluations

  • Draft pleadings, motions, legal correspondence, and other litigation documents

Legal Strategy & Research

  • Perform legal research and prepare case strategies

Client & Case Management

  • Manage multiple projects and respond effectively to urgent legal issues

Required Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

  • Active Bar admission in the applicable state

  • Minimum of

2+ years of relevant litigation experience

  • Experience handling first-party property coverage disputes

  • Strong

legal writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills

  • Excellent

time management and organizational abilities

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with:

    • Policy analysis
    • Depositions
    • EUOs (Examinations Under Oath)
    • Drafting pleadings and motions
    • Mediation and dispute resolution
  • Strong

communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to thrive in a

fast-paced litigation environment
