Job Title: Business Development Representative

Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to support business growth initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the successful acquisition of new projects.
This role requires strong networking abilities, industry awareness, and the ability to manage multiple opportunities from initial outreach through deal closure.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking and outreach

Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders

Manage the full business development cycle from lead generation to project acquisition

Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with business offerings

Track and manage multiple opportunities and sales pipelines

Represent the organization at meetings, networking events, and industry functions

Maintain accurate records using CRM tools and internal systems
Qualifications
Education
Experience
- 1–5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role
Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of sales and business development processes

Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills

Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships

Self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven approach

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
