Schedule: Monday – Thursday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) | Friday (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM) + Shared Call Rotation
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Heart Failure Cardiologist to join a growing healthcare team focused on delivering advanced cardiovascular care.
The ideal candidate will manage complex heart failure cases using evidence-based practices and advanced treatment approaches while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
Patient Care & Diagnosis

Diagnose and manage patients with heart failure and other cardiovascular conditions

Provide advanced heart failure treatment using evidence-based clinical practices
Collaboration & Education
- Collaborate with cardiologists, nurses, pharmacists, dietitians, and case managers to deliver comprehensive patient care
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
Professional Development
Required Qualifications

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution

Completion of an
accredited Cardiology Fellowship program
- Advanced fellowship training or certification in
Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in
Cardiology
- Strong commitment to
compassionate, patient-centered care
- Excellent
communication and clinical decision-making skills
Preferred Skills
- Expertise in advanced cardiac imaging such as
MRI and echocardiography
- Experience with clinical research or participation in
clinical trials
- Knowledge of the
latest heart failure treatment guidelines and technologies
- Strong
collaboration and multidisciplinary teamwork abilities
