Job Title:  Cardiologist – Heart Failure & Transplant Cardiology

Work Mode:  On-site / Hospital or Outpatient Cardiology Setting

Schedule:  Monday – Thursday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) | Friday (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM) + Shared Call Rotation

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Patient Care & Diagnosis

• Diagnose and manage patients with heart failure and other cardiovascular conditions

• Provide advanced heart failure treatment using evidence-based clinical practices

Collaboration & Education

• Collaborate with cardiologists, nurses, pharmacists, dietitians, and case managers to deliver comprehensive patient care

Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation

Professional Development

Required Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution

• Completion of an

accredited Cardiology Fellowship program

• Advanced fellowship training or certification in

Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology

• Board Eligible or Board Certified in

Cardiology

• Strong commitment to

compassionate, patient-centered care

• Excellent

communication and clinical decision-making skills

Preferred Skills

• Expertise in advanced cardiac imaging such as

MRI and echocardiography

• Experience with clinical research or participation in

clinical trials

• Knowledge of the

latest heart failure treatment guidelines and technologies

• Strong

collaboration and multidisciplinary teamwork abilities
