Job Summary

The Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) is responsible for providing comprehensive women’s healthcare, including prenatal, labor, delivery, and postpartum care.

This role involves working collaboratively with physicians and healthcare staff to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a full scope of women’s healthcare services, including routine gynecological care

• Deliver comprehensive prenatal, labor, and postpartum care

• Manage and monitor patient health throughout pregnancy and childbirth

• Participate in on-call rotations in collaboration with OB/GYN providers

• Educate patients on reproductive health, pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum care

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes

• Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with clinical standards

Qualifications Required

• Completion of an accredited Nurse Midwifery program

• Current certification as a

Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM)

• Active and valid Nurse Midwife/Nurse Practitioner license

• Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification

• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a hospital or clinical setting with labor and delivery services

• Familiarity with electronic medical record

(EMR) systems
