Job Title: Civil Litigation Attorney
Full-time | hybrid
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Litigation Attorney to join a fast-paced legal team.
This role involves managing general liability cases from initial pleadings through trial, including handling discovery, depositions, and court appearances.
The ideal candidate will have strong litigation experience, excellent advocacy skills, and the ability to independently manage a caseload while collaborating with senior attorneys.
Key Responsibilities

Manage civil litigation cases from inception through trial

Draft and file pleadings, motions, and legal documents

Propound and respond to written discovery

Review and summarize medical records and case documentation

Conduct depositions of plaintiffs, witnesses, and expert witnesses

Attend court hearings and represent clients effectively

Prepare motions, oppositions, and legal arguments

Provide case status updates and reports to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree
Experience Requirements

Minimum 2+ years of civil litigation experience

Experience in general liability or insurance defense preferred
