JOB TITLE:  Clinic Director / Physical Therapist

Full-time | On-Site

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Physical Therapist to take on a dual role as Clinic Director in an outpatient setting.

This position is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about patient care and ready to step into a leadership role, overseeing clinic operations while delivering high-quality therapy services.

The role combines clinical expertise with leadership responsibilities, including team development, operational management, and ensuring an exceptional patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

  • Deliver hands-on therapy and oversee rehabilitation programs

  • Manage daily clinic operations, ensuring efficiency and quality care delivery

  • Lead, mentor, and support clinical and administrative staff

  • Monitor clinic performance, productivity, and patient outcomes

  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards

  • Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment

  • Handle patient concerns and ensure high satisfaction levels

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

  • Active state license as a Physical Therapist

  • Basic Life Support

(BLS) Certification

Experience Requirements

  • 3–5 years of clinical experience in an outpatient or orthopedic setting

  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
