Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall management and performance of the clinic

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based, and patient-centered care

• Maintain a manageable patient caseload to ensure quality treatment

• Lead, mentor, and support clinical staff and team members

• Drive clinic growth, operational efficiency, and financial performance

• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution

• Valid Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain one

• 2–4+ years of clinical experience (leadership experience preferred)

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Business acumen with the ability to manage clinic operations effectively
