Job Title: Creditor Rights Litigation Paralegal
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal with experience in creditor rights to support attorneys in managing a high-volume caseload.
This role involves preparing legal documents, drafting pleadings and motions, conducting document review, and assisting with all phases of litigation.
The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced legal environment.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare, draft, and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and correspondence

Manage and maintain a large portfolio of case files

Conduct document review, including loan documents and related legal records

Assist attorneys with case preparation and litigation support

Ensure timely filing of court documents and adherence to deadlines

Utilize legal databases and case management systems for research and tracking

Communicate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders
Qualifications

Associate or bachelor’s degree in paralegal studies or a related field (preferred)

Paralegal certification is a plus

Prior experience in civil litigation, preferably in creditor rights or similar practice areas

Strong knowledge of litigation processes and court procedures

Proficiency in legal document preparation, drafting, and review

Familiarity with legal databases and case management software

Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
