Job Title:  Creditor Rights Litigation Paralegal

Full-time | Hybrid

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal with experience in creditor rights and civil litigation to support attorneys in managing complex case portfolios.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, experience in drafting legal documents, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative legal environment.

This role involves handling high-volume casework while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely case progression.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, draft, and review legal documents including pleadings and motions

• Manage and maintain a large portfolio of case files

• Conduct document review, including loan documents and related records

• Assist attorneys in case preparation and litigation processes

• Ensure all filings comply with court procedures and deadlines

• Utilize legal databases and software for research and case tracking

• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders

Qualifications

• Experience in legal document preparation and review

• Knowledge of litigation processes and court procedures

• Experience drafting pleadings and motions

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Proficiency in legal software and research tools

• Paralegal certification or relevant educational background (preferred)
