KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Electrical Engineering
Design and develop electrical systems including lighting, power, and specialized systems
Perform energy analysis and evaluate building electrical systems
Conduct system assessments and recommend improvements
Support construction activities, including reviewing designs and resolving technical issues
Project Management
Plan, organize, and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget
Monitor project progress and address risks or delays proactively
Team Leadership
Supervise and mentor design and drafting staff
Provide technical guidance and ensure quality standards are maintained
Coordination & Communication
Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and stakeholders
Ensure smooth coordination between design and construction phases
Communicate project updates, issues, and solutions effectively
Business Development Support
Contribute to client relationship management and retention
Support company promotion and business development efforts
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
Professional Engineer (PE) license (or equivalent certification)
Relevant experience in electrical engineering and project management
Strong knowledge of electrical building systems (lighting, power, specialty systems)
