Job Title: Electrical Project Manager – Commercial Buildings

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead and manage electrical design projects for commercial buildings.

The ideal candidate will oversee projects from concept through completion, ensuring high-quality design, effective collaboration, and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design projects from concept through construction completion

• Develop and manage electrical systems including power, lighting, and low-voltage systems

• Collaborate with architects, designers, clients, and internal teams

• Prepare and review construction drawings, specifications, and technical documentation

• Ensure quality assurance and compliance throughout all project phases

• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior staff

• Support business development activities, including proposals and client presentations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or

Architectural Engineering

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in electrical design for commercial projects (10+ preferred)

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems design and building standards

• Proven project management and leadership experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on large-scale commercial building projects

• Familiarity with multidisciplinary project environments
