Job Title:  Estimator – Sitework

Full-time | On-Site

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to support sitework and construction projects by preparing accurate cost estimates and managing bid processes.

This role involves analyzing project plans, determining labor and material requirements, and collaborating with internal teams and subcontractors to develop competitive proposals.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills,

experience in construction estimating, and the ability to work effectively in a deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue bidding opportunities for construction projects

• Prepare detailed cost estimates based on project plans, specifications, and

documents

• Analyze labor, material, and equipment requirements for each project

• Develop project schedules and

cost projections

• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor bids to determine cost-effective solutions

• Review estimates with project management teams prior to submission

• Prepare and submit proposals to clients or stakeholders

• Maintain and update cost databases and estimation records

• Resolve discrepancies by analyzing project-related data

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)

Experience Requirements

• Prior experience in construction estimating or a related role preferred

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in estimating and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, estimating tools)

• Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical documents

Work Environment

• Fast-paced construction and project-based environment
